He provides in-depth knowledge of general account, separate account and hybrid separate account products from many of the nation’s top carriers. In addition, he has helped hundreds of banks design executive and director benefit plans over the past 27 years. He is a frequent speaker at state and national trade association meetings and has authored numerous articles on compensation, BOLI and non-qualified benefit plans.
