David Shoemaker, Managing Consultant of NFP, was a pioneer of the bank-owned life insurance (BOLI) marketplace. He provides in-depth knowledge of all product types from many of the nation’s top carriers. In addition, he has helped hundreds of banks design executive and director benefit plans over the past 30 years. He is a frequent speaker at trade association meetings and has authored numerous articles on compensation, BOLI and non-qualified benefit plans. David’s consultative approach has benefited numerous Pennsylvania financial institutions.
Brian Rodgers, VP, Business Development at NFP, is primarily responsible for building and maintaining relationships with BOLI clients, consulting on investment strategies using BOLI assets and providing ongoing client service and risk management support to current clients. He also works with banks to implement, communicate and manage nonqualified deferred compensation plans for bank executives and directors. Brian earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from The Pennsylvania State University.
